Why does the igoogle header collapse now?

The header for my igoogle page never used to do this before but now whenever I go to the page, the bottom half of the header is cropped off so you can't see all of the theme you picked and there is only just enough room for the search box. It doesn't matter what theme I use or how many gadgets I have on the page. The header will show completely for a second and then will collapse. I want to be able to see all of the theme.

Does anyone else have this problem and does anyone know how to fix it?|||"So what's going on?

We're changing the way themes are displayed on small browser windows. If your browser window is small (because you dragged the window smaller, or perhaps you're using a netbook with a low screen resolution) we've started showing more of the gadgets and less of the theme. Right now this change is tied to your cookie, so for the moment deleting your cookie might temporarily set your page so that your theme height isn't changed. Once we get this entirely rolled out, however, deleting cookies won't change this behavior.

We're doing this to help show more iGoogle gadgets in smaller windows. We recognize that this change does affect how some themes look -- the fox by the Tea House is an old friend of mine too -- so we appreciate everyone taking the time to share their feedback here. How do you all feel about the change? If you've got a small browser window, would you rather see more of the theme or more of the gadgets?"
