Why cant i add stuff to my igoogle page?

i have igoogle as my homepage and whenever i click on the add stuff link it comes up normal. But when i click on 'add it now' it tells me that i have added it. I go back to my homepage but its not there. I only have 1 app on there that was the very first one that i did and i did that one exactly the same way as i am trying to do now... please help me|||It's quite possible that you may be behind some firewall network. Try to add some generic stuffs, like news, mail which most of the firewalls allow. Games are restricted sometimes. Try different browsers chrome , firefox, IE and see if that makes difference. Else open a ticket with Google Team.
