Is it possible for a virus to access web pages on my pc through my igoogle account?

i found history on my igoogle account of pages i was not on|||Once a virus is in your computer, no matter how it got in, it can usually access anything on your computer. You need to go to : www.spybot.com, download the free version at least and run a complete scan. Usually takes me about 20 minutes to complete.
