How do I get others to add my blog's RSS to their iGoogle or My yahoo!....?

I have seen blogs where the owner has "neat buttons" to help visitors add the blog updates onto My Yahoo! ETC (through RSS I think).

Can I do the same for my Blog?|||It's not certain whether your blog is hosted on the Yahoo! Profiles service or not, since a link to your blog nor web service/host information was explicitly provided. If it is hosted on the Yahoo! Profiles service, then you can click the "View All" link on your blog module to get to the blog area. There is a RSS link on the right side that will allow other people to add your blog's feed wherever (like via iGoogle or My Yahoo!).

If your blog is not hosted on the Yahoo! Profile, then your question is more appropriate for the Computers %26amp; Internet %26gt; Programming %26amp; Design category or the relevant subcategory in Computers %26amp; Internet %26gt; Internet. You should include more details about your blog service/host, as that determines how RSS can be enabled on your blog.

NOTE: That an RSS user will get a feed of your latest blog entries (i.e. the first few lines of them) and may only actually visit your blog if they click on links they find interesting. Yet using RSS will help syndicate your blog across the Internet and ultimately strengthen your online presence.

After figuring out your RSS status (and getting it enabled, if necessary), how you encourage people to follow your blog via RSS, involves the promotional strategies that you employ. See the following posts for tips:

Lastly, a good service for tracking feed statistics is Google's Feedburner. See http://www.google.com/support/feedburner鈥?/a> for details.|||Glad to help. Thanks for voting and thanks to whoever rated!
