How do you compose documents on igoogle?

Ok, so my teacher was showing how to make a document on igoogle that is basically the same as Microsoft word. You just make the document on igoogle instead of copying and pasting. But I can't find it, all I can do is compose an Email. I have to send this essay in for our class. But i can't figure out how to do it. Help?|||It is simple. You must have a Google account though. Log in to your Google account. Look for a "Documents" tab, generally on top of the window. Click it and you will be able to find some apps similar to Word and Excel in Microsoft Office. Using these, you can compose a document or a spreadsheet. Remember, you will not get all the tools and buttons as you would work on Microsoft Office programs. Only the basics are available. The good thing is that even without MS Word or Excel on your computer, you can work on G-docs.
