The tabs used to be on the top, today they randomly snapped to the side. Not sure how it happened or how to fix it|||-- clcik and drag them back to the top.|||You can fix it temporarily by telling iGoogle you live in the UK.

Change both the language and the country.
Google has worked on this project for months on a small test group which did a lot of complaining about it. Google was nevertheless excited about all the new changes and pushed it onto the public without giving you an option to not have it that way. Blogs are abuzz with negative feedback about this ridiculous decision. Tell google you don't like it and why.
