A question about color schemes in iGoogle?

Can I change my iGoogle gadget border colors without also having to change my theme? How do I do it? Please and Thanks!|||iGoogle is effective application. it provides many custom options for users. specially arranging of gadgets and different themes. but coming to your question, i haven't seen any option of changing only border color for your theme. google lacks in theme design and customization as i also faced problem in google chrome's themes.
