How do i get rid of igoogle, and lab pixies?

I clicked a button when i was on google, and now there's this hole thing when i get on. How do i get rid of it. Please help!!|||I would re-submit this question under computers or something similar as this is now under Cleaning. You may not get as many responses - or any good ones - that you need. Good luck!
